I am a professional and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and I offer effective therapy integrating a broad range of therapeutic models to underpin my practice, some of which include; Transactional Analysis, CBT, Behavioural Couple's Therapy, ACT and Mindfulness. My counselling and psychotherapy services are based in central Winchester and Southampton; I provide face to face and telephone counselling and psychotherapy as well as online counselling services in a supportive environment which is confidential and professional. I am currently practicing as a specialist counsellor in Hampshire for MPFT NHS Foundation Trust where I work within the recovery sector.

My past experience includes; working for the NHS Hampshire Partnership Trust and SSFT Drug and Alcohol Advisory Service as a Brief Intervention Therapist, as well as providing Individual and Group Psychotherapy and Counselling. I worked for several years at the Southampton University Counselling Service providing individual, brief and solution focused therapy. I have also managed a counselling service for Action for Children in Hampshire covering several centres, where I provided both short term and longer term therapy to individuals, couples and families.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate and hold full Professional Liability Insurance. I am a professional and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP). As a Member of the BACP I adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedures.
